The ASSAR Group, founded in 1985, is comprised of about 100 collaborators regrouped around 2 professions: architecture and urbanism through ASSAR and interior design and facility management through its subsidiary GLOBAL.
The ASSAR production is quite diversified in mixed-use ensembles, offices, housing, research laboratories, industrial buildings, retail, new buildings and renovation, urban planning, interior design and programming – while its style is the result of a desire to design contemporary architecture appropriate to its context.

ASSAR is also the only architecture bureau with 3 "Mipim Awards" in Cannes (F): Residence Novalis (2000), Mondrian (2005) and Madou Plaza (2006).

In 1979 Atelier d’Art Urbain was created, as an architectural firm. Vizzion Europe was created as a multifunctional organisational and financial structure to work in synergy with Atelier d’Art Urbain.
Together, all the participants involved in bringing the projects to fruition, are vertically integrated in the realisation of a global real-estate project. Every step of the process is thus managed in a coherent and rational way, whilst enabling large economies of scale, and therefore high quality buildings to be constructed at more competitive prices. This is combined with Vizzion’s commitment to developing HEV - High Environmental Value - real estate projects, thereby providing the best quality of life, whilst responding to the most elaborate ambitions of sustainable development.
Working in symbiosis, the two companies have enabled the construction of more than eight million square metres in more than ten countries.
